One year on

It’s our birthday and we gone party like it’s our birthday. We all like to celebrate the day we were born with a good night out with friends and Hot Sauce. Yes we can’t believe it but already the earth has made nearly a full rotation of the sun and our very own Hot Sauce celebrates its 1^st birthday.

Time flies when you have fun and the team at Hot Sauce have certainly enjoyed wooing everyone with baos, dumplings, skewers, our famous popcorn chicken and some seriously tempting cocktails. We were even proud to be awarded second place for this years Festival Dish for the Welly on a Plate in our first ever year entering the competition. Not bad eh?

Not one to sit on our laurels we are always and let life just cruise along. We’ve mixed things up a little. We’ve upgraded our dining area that gives you more space to fill up your table with multiple dishes and relax and dine that little longer with us. Looking for something more exclusive we can now set aside a private dining area for your function or party.

Our chefs have also been putting their creative minds to good use and created a new menu that will set your taste buds alight and have you coming back for more.  For those not wishing to share our selection of our dishes are now designed to eat as meal. All you have to do is decide which one you will want. Believe us; this will be harder than you think. We guarantee you will get food envy when you see other dishes being served.

So whether you’re having a cheeky mid-week drink with some work colleagues or ready to let loose and celebrate the weekend with your mates. The crew at Hot Sauce have got you covered.
