Vogue Fashion’s Night Out: Sydney

Well, it’s that time of year again. The birds are chirping and the sun is shining down on the harbour city of Sydney. This means a couple of things.

Afternoons spent onboard The Island are going start again; the Noodle Night Markets are about to take over Hyde Park is a whirlwind of deliciousness and the Spring/Summer fashions have hit the shelves all over town. This is good news for lovers of islands, food and fashion… Welcome to Spring.

The good people over at Vogue know fashion better than most and as good friends of ours, they’re our go to when it comes to what looks good.

Thankfully, this Thursday the Vogue gods will be taking over the CBD with Vogue American Express Fashion’s Night Out or the catching acronym VAEFNO (ve-aef-no, we think). What this means for you, you fashion loving trend setter, is if you had any plans this Thursday, grab the black sharpie and throw a line through them to make way for a night of Spring wardrobe updating with Vogue.

You’ll want to be in the city early come Thursday as this experience kicks off; the crowds become rather large the later you leave it. To start off your night, catch the editor-in-chief of Vogue Australia, Edwina McCann, at the Vogue Hub as she kicks the night off. From there, roam free and get out there exploring. Sydney musical darling, Montaigne will be on hand to deliver some sweet tunes throughout Pitt Street Mall.

The gelato lords over at Messina will be on hand with some classics, Nespresso will be crafting delicious brews and the Dyson team will be showing off their newly released pieces of magic.

Oh, and the Vogue team will be playing a scavenger hunt over Twitter and Instagram.
