It’s that time of year where the VIVID festival drops a selfie inducing programme, that see’s the whole city covered in lights come late May.

We here at QTLife could not be more pleased with the programme, especially with the line up that came from the Sydney Opera House for Vivid LIVE.

Year on year, Ben and his team drop a mid-year line-up that, collectively, creates the most unique music festival that planet Earth has ever seen.

With the hot of the press line up of 2017 just being released, let us walk through who will be here in May/June.

A bigger highlight than the lights themselves?

This is the Vivid LIVE 2017 line up:

Indie folk lords, Fleet Foxes were rumoured to be touring once their album was finished and here they are, playing at the Opera House, 26- 29 May. Welcome back!

The French duo Air will be gracing the stage with their downtempo, electric beats on May 30 – 31. This will be the boys first time back in Australia in nine years.

Nick Murphy, FKA Chet Faker will leave his NYC studio to premiere some of his brand new material, crafted exclusively for Vivid Live. He’ll be playing in the round and we’ll be there, front of stage, this will be something you don’t want to miss.

The British indie darling that is Laura Marling will be back for one night only in the concert hall. With that voice, tears almost fall as the human mind begins to image what the shows will be like. Woah.
