Meditate at QT

Sit, relax, meditate and you shall find a new sense of harmony.

At QT, we are all about pampering the mind, body and soul, because you deserve it (and often need it)!

Sometimes we all just need to take a step back and reflect on life in this social media, brand and device-focused world.

QT Sydney is offering the perfect opportunity to help us reconnect with our inner selves and unwind – weekly meditation sessions.

We have partnered with meditation expert Luke McLeod to offer guests, visitors and locals the chance to escape the frantic energy of city life and seek a sense of clarity and focus.

Luke’s Soul Flow classes will be rewarding for one and all, and will definitely be the perfect start to your day, plus they will only take 30 minutes out of your busy schedule! From beginners to seasoned meditators, these sessions with Luke will have you floating down the street afterwards.

About Luke

Luke has over 10 years experience as an active mediator and guide.

His classes mix elements inspired by Tai Chi, Vipassana meditation and affirmations.

He has practiced many types of meditation in spots all over the world, from far North India to Los Angeles.

His company Soul Society encourages “Less stress, more soul”. Let’s face it, we could all do with a little less stress!
