When you’re in need of a shot of culture and art, there are many places to get your hit around the harbour city. You could head to the streets of Newtown, the levels at the Museum of Contemporary Art or wander the corridors of the MAAS in Ultimo. It’s hard not to stumble into a gallery when you’re in town. The National
In collaboration with the MCA and Carriageworks, The National is a survey of the best in new contemporary art from the Australian art world. Showcasing a bunch of established and emerging artists, the exhibition encompasses a broad range of mediums from video to photography, to drawings and performance.
