We’re so close, the excitement is palpable.
QT Queenstown is set to open on December 1, 2017. That’s not that far away in hotel speak.
With the opening of the southern island darling, the brand will have a total of nine QT properties across Australia and New Zealand.
It’s been quite the journey to get here.
Here’s a little nostalgic wrap of how we got to where we are today:
QT Port Douglas and its tropical resort vibes alongside the hustle and bustle of QT Gold Coast, the brand started strong in 2011 and has only gone ahead in leaps since.
With QT Sydney, the flagship sitting pretty in the heart of the Sydney CBD and QT Bondi taking up residence in the eastern suburbian bubble, the people of Sydney can pick between the city or surf.
QT Canberra lays claim to keeping the Australian Capital Territory balanced as it keeps an eye on all the going on’s in the capital.
QT Falls Creek sits proudly in the Victorian snow fields giving all those QT snow bunnies a place to call home. While, QT Melbourne has made itself at home in the most liveable city in the world, with sensory playground fit for all.
Just this year we collected the keys on QT Museum Wellington, giving the brand its first international taste and a home away from home in the land of the long white cloud.
And now, a couple of months out from the official opening of QT Queenstown, we’re able to take a quick breath to look back on the QT Life that we’ve created and thank all those that have enjoyed this journey with us.
Over the next couple of months, we look forward to sharing with you the interesting personalities and experiences that QT Queenstown will be able to offer.
See you at the opening!
