Welcome to Bazaar: Just this way

We’ve been a little busy in the South Island snow capital of Queenstown. Once we were green lit to bring the QT quirk to town, we got to work on our food and beverage offering as fast as possible. With Bazaar being the signature interactive marketplace offering across a number of the QT locations, we felt it was the perfect way to showcase the best of the local produce while bringing something completely fresh to the Queenstown dining scene.

The first thing you’ll notice as you walk through the doors is the incredible view over Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables. The landscape offers an outlook that you continue to capture your eye, especially during the golden hours.

Breakfast sees all of your favourites on offer and the pastry selection alone is able to fill you up. Though you’ll want to leave room for the scrambled eggs. They’re sourced locally and offer a distinctively fresh taste. The fruit goes well with the waffles, as do the doughnuts with the coffee; we’ve gone for the all inclusive vibe when it comes to the Bazaar breakfast.

Dinner though, Dinner is quite the show…

Once you can tear yourself away from the windows, it the unique offerings from the Bazaar culinary team that catches your eye. Each chef dotted around the marketplace is there to help you out and curate a selection of dishes that work together. From the generous seafood produce to the inspired Asian and grill stations that offer a little more and that’ all before you make your way to the wood fire pizza oven for some delicious concoctions.

The offering doesn’t stop there. The dessert bar is beyond extravagant and is a must see around these parts. Over stocked with so many post dinner treats that allow you to assemble exactly what your sweet tooth is craving. No guilt here. Get stuck in.
