Eat & Drink
Pascale Bar & Grill
The Pascale Bar & Grill dining experience offers an expansive menu influenced by Euro bistros set within the buzz of the new QT Melbourne hotel. The design of the space pays homage to the ‘Paris end’ of Collins Street, with its bold industrial chic & emphasis on fashion.
An open kitchen offers glimpses into the creation of dishes, and an exquisite French patisserie is encased within a gleaming glass display. The menu has been curated with direction from Creative Food Director Robert Marchetti and Executive Chef Paul Easson.
QT Melbourne cranks up the cool factor with Korean and Japanese inspired dishes and a banging laneway bar offering, perfect for the late night crew.
You’ll find Tanto, QT’s high-end Japanese knife shop on the ground floor of the hotel. Here, you can choose from an exclusive range of Suisin handcrafted Japanese and speciality knives, curated by the expert eyes of 10th generation sword makers. A real playground for chefs and foodies, you’re also welcome to bring your own knives to be sharpened to perfection by our knife-master from Sakai, Japan.
The Cake Shop
Modern day Marie Antoinette’s can rest their well (red) heeled toes as they sip on expertly prepared pick-me-ups and mouth watering delicacies in Melbourne’s newest purveyor of temptation. Pascale patisserie makes all the cakes. Each delicious treat is created on site in our Pascale Bar & Grill patisserie.
