Man-Tea…it’s high tea for dapper chaps, yet there is no height, nor is there tea – go figure! There is however, a healthy serving of beef.
Priced at just $54 per person, guests will be treated to grilled Wagyu sliders, savoury doughnuts of dry roasted dry aged beef and horseradish cream, contemporary meat pies, trawler-fresh seafood cocktails and the pièce de résistance…a couverture chocolate cigar filled with a Bourbon semifreddo, candied bacon and lemon ash.

Calypso Sundays
