Sisters Emily and Alice are behind the Yard Family. A business intrinsically linked to family, friends and outdoor adventures. They first developed the popular Yard Blanket – an extra large, modern and stylish picnic rug which is both Instagram-worthy and machine washable. Sophie Bell is the creative mastermind behind the uber-successful PEPPA HART. First launched in 2014, Sophie’s mission was to provide affordable art that made you feel good. Since the Gold Coast can lay claim to Australia’s very first bikini, dating back to the 1940’s and 50’s, is it any wonder that swimwear is still thriving on the glitter strip? Burleigh Head’s based swimwear label Finch Swim has been making beautiful swimwear that embodies the lifestyle of the coast for over 30 years. Linda, the founder of Finch Swim, works with a close-knit team to design each collection and garment, drawing on inspiration from across the globe. Moroccan prints, sporty silhouettes mixed with lace and the golden glow of Californian (nee GC) coastline.
