Man-Tea

Exclusively served at QT Gold Coast, this really is a unique dining experience for a Christmas Party.

Man-Tea … it’s high tea for dapper chaps, yet there is no height, nor is there tea – go figure! There is, however, a healthy serving of manliness.

Priced at just $54 per person, guests will be treated to grilled Wagyu sliders, savoury donuts of dry roasted, dry aged beef and horseradish cream, contemporary meat pies, trawler-fresh seafood cocktails and the pièce de résistance … a couverture chocolate cigar filled with a bourbon semifreddo, candied bacon and lemon ash.

And the fun doesn’t stop there! Guests will also receive their choice of two select beers, bourbons, whiskies or rums.

QT Sunset Sessions

QT Sunset Sessions is the definition of summer on the Gold Coast and it’s set to launch on Saturday 16^th December.

Every Saturday from 3pm you can enjoy some festive merrymaking with endless sunny days overlooking QT Gold Coast’s tropical resort pool from your chic sun lounger.

Kick-back with the Coast’s who’s-who and unwind with chilled lounge music and QT’s exclusive Aperol Pop-Up Bar.

Immerse yourself in the Italian art of aperitivo – sundowners, light bites and good vibes that are sure to whet your Saturday evening appetite!

Enjoy complimentary canapés served from 4pm – 5pm, Aperol Spritz and Stingray’s famed Skinny Pash cocktails for just $14, along with the cheese and charcuterie platters on offer.
