It’s that time again! The track is set, the stadiums are built and rev-heads across the country are flocking to the Gold Coast for the annual V8 supercars race that is the GC600. But if the thrill of fast cars and rally girls aren’t enough to get your engines racing, we’ve got our top five tips for maximising the GC600 in style!

The annual Black and White Lunch – Friday 21st October
Kick off the Castrol Gold Coast 600 in style at the Black & White Lunch powered by Porsche Carrera Cup Australia.
Join us at the award-winning Bazaar International Marketplace at QT Gold Coast, located right near the action.

Special guests include Porsche Carrera Cup Drivers who will be joining us straight after their opening practice session on the famous Gold Coast track and interviewed by NOVA 106.9’s David ‘Luttsy’ Lutteral. 2015 Miss Supercars Katie Stevens will also be attending and a selection of Porsche’s latest models will be on display at QT Gold Coast.

Race, Rock and Ride all weekend
Purchase the limited edition Race, Rock & Ride Pass and you’ll receive;

  • 3-day trackside entry to the Castrol Gold Coast 600, 21 – 23 October 2016
  • 3-day unlimited entry to Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint

Catch all the action of the Supercars Castrol Gold Coast 600, including Stadium Super Trucks, Club 600, destination bars and Miss Supercars. 600 Sounds powered by Sea FM returns with two massive nights of concerts including Peking Duk, The Living End, The Rubens and Birds of Tokyo. It’s all included in your ticket! If you don’t get your adrenaline hit on the streets of Surfers Paradise, take on Dreamworld’s Big 9 Thrill Rides including the Giant Drop, Tower of Terror and the latest to hit the park – Tail Spin.

Gold Coast 600 Sounds – Friday 21 and Saturday 22nd October
600 Sounds powered by Sea FM returns to the Gold Coast with two massive nights of entertainment at the Broadwater Parklands. Kick off a massive weekend with electronic dance heavy-weights Peking Duk and L D R U. Canberra-bred duo, Peking Duk will have the crowds jumping along to mega hits “Take Me Over”, “High” and “Say My Name”.

Continue the party on Saturday night with an unforgettable line-up of Australian award-winning artists, including ARIA Award winning rockers, The Living End, The Rubens with their number #1 hit in the 2015 Triple J Hottest 100 and Birds of Tokyo, winners of 2010’s ARIA Award for Best Rock Album. All included in your same-day event ticket to the Castrol Gold Coast 600.

Summer Party at Stingray with Red Bull Racing Australia – Sunday 23rd October
The ultimate GC600 wrap-up party! Join us as Red Bull Racing Australia once again takes over Stingray Lounge for the Summer Party. Stop in and stay a while from 1pm until 2am. There will be DJ’s, our famous Stingray bites and cocktails flowing – plus free entry.

Club 600 – all weekend
An exclusive, over-18 Las Vegas-style day club will open its doors this weekend – right in the heart of the Castrol EDGE Gold Coast 600.
