We heard you loud and clear amigos! So we’ve brought back our famed Baja California-inspired Stingray menu to satisfy your deepest hunger!

Yes…that includes our giant flour tortilla Quesadillas with your choice of slow cooked meats and lashings of salsa, guacamole and sour cream.

It also includes our finger-licking spicy buffalo wings to dip into blue cheesy sauce and the beef and red bean empanadas that are simply too moreish!

Tacos are no longer confined to Tuesday’s – with all your faves such as slow cooked pork, Ganjo chicken and chilli con carne available at the click of a finger.

And don’t get us started on the slider and burger collection…crispy fish, Angus Beef and the crème de la crème – the Colonel’s Finest Burger with southern fried buttermilk chicken, a soft milk bun and Memphis slaw….(wiping drool off screen).

To ensure a well-rounded diet, we’ve also included a bunch of tasty salads to allay your guilt. Try the Cobb Salad for a heartier meal or the roast beetroot and pear salad for something fancy (rosemary goat’s curd, compressed pear, brioche and hazelnut crumble all make an appearance).

To ensure we stay on-trend, we’ve popped some dumplings on the menu. Pick-up a dumpling basket for a mix of vegetarian, chicken, pork and seafood – perfect for an easy lunch or bite at the bar. Or try our special Cheeseburger Dumplings (yes they actually do taste like a cheeseburger) for an irreverent twist on the classic recipe.

We also have the Sweet Tooths covered (and your Instagram-worthy food pics)! Housemade Churros served with vanilla bean ice cream, chilli chocolate sauce, torched marshmallows and peanut butter.
