One of the only late night dining options on the northern Gold Coast, Yamagen will be serving up edamame, gyoza and kushiyaki straight from the grill from 9pm until late.
Yamagen melds classic cocktails with modern Japanese inspiration, using unique Japanese ingredients such as sudachi (Japanese citrus fruit), gyokuro (shaded green tea), yuzu bitters (citrus), shiso leaf (Japanese style mint), matcha (ground green tea) and Sake.
Jordan Melling, Yamagen’s Master Mixologist, has also curated one of the most extensive range of Japanese Whisky in Queensland (74 – including Yamazaki 25 Y.O., Hibiki 30 Y.O. and Hakushu 25 Y.O.) and adds to the whisky drinkers experience through hand-chiselling ice blocks ensuring premium purity and a slower melt time.
For those who appreciate good food and a well-executed bar, Yamagen Up Late is the place to be for a cheeky late night rendezvous.
