A Drink for a Cause

A week dedicated to the infamous Negroni sounds great unto itself, but Negroni Week offers an even better incentive to drink during this time.

From 4-10 June multiple venues around the world take part in Negroni Week to raise money for charities far and wide. Whether you’re looking for after work, pre-dinner or post-dinner drink options, you’ve found your perfect place to perch at QT Canberra that will also give to a good cause.

Capitol Bar and Grill is proud to be part of this growing phenomenon and we welcome you to be mesmerised by our mixes. We are excited to be supporting OzHarvest as our charity of choice for this years’ special week.

We will be serving the Classic Negroni made up of Campari, Bulldog Gin and Cinzano 1757 Rosso, or take your pick of one of our three signature variations to the classic Negroni beverage. We’ll leave them as a sassy surprise …

If you’re peckish, the menu at Capitol Bar and Grill is definitely worth a minute or five of perusal. To accompany your bounty of beverages, you can enjoy such delicacies as melt-in-your-mouth-meats from the grill, burgers worthy of a big bite and a dessert menu work keeping room for.

About Negroni Week

Launched in 2013 with 120 participating venues dedicated to working towards assisting charities in their individual quests, Negroni Week has now grown to over 7700 committed venues around the world. That is a pretty amazing trajectory, you must admit!

Each venue can select from the extensive list of charity partners and, needless to say, Bob’s your uncle. The venue starts out with a super significant donation and then makes another one at the end of the week based on the public love.
