Executive Chef – Michael Box
Another culinary champion of the QT brand, Michael has worked across the kitchens of both QT Canberra and Sydney. Before joining QT Canberra, Michael was the Sous Chef at QT Sydney alongside Paul Esson, the Executive Chef of QT Melbourne. Prior to his appointment within the QT brand, Michael was the Head Chef at both The Cut & Swine and Co, Sydney. Throughout his dynamic career, Michael has worked for notable Sydney restaurants, Momofuku Seiobo and Nomad, Surry Hills. Michael’s passion also extends past the kitchen; you can often spy him tending to the fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs in the QT Canberra roof-top garden.
