Chef and owner Sean Moran opened the restaurant in 1993 and what a spot he scored! The restaurant looks straight onto Bondi Beach, so the al fresco dining option is highly recommended (they’ll even bring you a little blanket for your legs if you’re chilly).
This is a quaint, produce-driven restaurant with tasting menus and set meals. Sean’s Panorama is all about fresh food and enjoyable eating in a friendly atmosphere. Pricey, but worth it.
