Where To Get Your Smoothie Fix in Bondi

Dec 15, 2017  ·  3 min read

You can’t live the Bondi lifestyle without being a part of the Bondi ethos. This means beach hangs, sun-kissed skin and, of course, a health-focused approach to food. Bondi is teeming with great health food stores and smoothie haunts, so we have rounded up our top list of where to get your liquefied fruit and veg fix.

Pressed Juices

These guys have a pretty great rap that can be felt across the entire country. With their store set continuing to expand, these great little juice shops are popping up everywhere, and there’s plenty of reasons why. Pressed Juices is all about unpasteurised, preservative-free drinks that are also void of artificial sugars and additives. The team uses functional foods, herbs and nutrient dense superfoods to create the concoctions, which come in an array of flavours and ingredient combinations. Plus, they also offer a number of tailored juice cleansers for those who need a bit of a detox (perhaps post-Christmas, anyone?).

Where: 85 Gould St, Bondi Beach

Acai Brothers

Leading the charge in the superfood bar department, these guys know how to nourish the locals with their specialties including acai bowls, smoothies, juices and raw treats. Created by a couple of health, fitness and food enthusiasts, the core principle here is to provide the healthiest and tastiest of treats and drinks to the punters using fresh, raw and pumped-up superfoods. Here you will find a dizzying array of colourful and health-laden smoothies and juices, but don’t miss their great range of acai bowls – too good to pass up.

Where: 85 Glenayr Ave, Bondi

Sejuiced

It’s all in the name, isn’t it? You’ll be seduced by this fabulous little juice bar that undoubtedly has the best view in the country – sitting comfortably right opposite Ms Bondi Beach. All about juices here, this bar rehydrates the beach-goers with the healthiest and sweetest juices you can find in all of Bondi. This hole in the wall café also offers great takeaway brekkie options like Greek-style yoghurt pots with granola and rhubarb compote, plus bacon and eggs rolls with Swiss cheese and spinach (okay a little less healthy, but still yum!).

Where: Shop 3, Bondi Pavilion, Bondi Beach
